Due to the large number of delegates, registration and badge collection may take longer than usual.đ We strongly recommend public transport. REGISTRATION & BADGE COLLECTIONPlease allow plenty of time on arrival. Due to the large number of delegates expected, registration and badge collection may take longer than usual.đ¤ For speakers, moderators & panellists
Please proceed to the dedicated registration desk for speakers, moderators and panellists. You do not need to queue with regular participants.đĢ For regular participants
Your registration number will be sent to you by SMS. On site, you can use this number to quickly find the correct registration row.đ¤ If for any reason you do not have your registration number, you can also find your registration row by the first letter of your last name.đĒĒ If your badge is missing or contains an error, please visit the Badge Help Desk and we will prepare a corrected version for you on site.â Back to top
PARKINGđ ŋī¸ Parking at the venue should not be relied upon unless you arrive extremely early.Even though the hotel offers extensive parking capacity, in practice spaces become very limited very quickly on Summit days. To avoid delays, stress and the risk of missing the start of the programme, we strongly recommend using public transport instead of coming by car.â Back to top

FOR HOTEL GUESTS: CHECK-IN VS CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONđ¨ Hotel check-in is handled separately at the hotel reception and is independent from conference registration and badge collection.If you are staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton, you may collect your room key upon arrival or later. You do not need to complete hotel check-in before entering the conference flow.â Back to top

CLOAKROOM & LUGGAGE STORAGEđ A free cloakroom and luggage storage will be available near the registration area.Due to the high volume of arrivals, we recommend allowing a little extra time if you plan to leave items before entering the event.-
FOOD & DRINKSđŊī¸ Food and drinks are included as an integral part of your Summit participation.This includes catering during the day as well as the evening programme, so there is no need to arrange this separately. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available.-
NETWORKINGđ What happens outside the stage halls is just as important as what happens inside them!A QR code printed on the back of your badge gives quick access to your LinkedIn, making contact exchange easier during the event.đ The standard meeting point is in front of the conference registration desk.-
DRESS CODEđ Dress code: Business casualThis is simply intended as helpful guidance, so that you know what to expect and can feel comfortable throughout the Summit.-
IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE ONLYđĨ The Poland & CEE Retail Summit 2026 can be attended only in person.There will be no online participation, no livestream, and no general on-demand access after the event.-
